Then why is it Spyware?

It is spyware, because the behavior of tracking what you see on the web. It acts like a spy and sends it to alexa's servers. But this is a little different than other porgrams that spy on what sites you look at. I have it for IE, but now I use Mozilla as my browser, so I already have the popup blocker.
