I have two dell monitors running at 1280 x 1024 each, running two seperate desktops with a merged graphic thanks to ultramon.

I also have a 52x cd burner, and an 8x dvd burner. I'm soon getting a 500w lighted power supply.. i'll make some huge post when i get that.

Short and sweet

You and a friend of mine have the same exact shuttle I wanted to get. Now I know that 2500+ to 3200+ oc with it is easy, but does it support dual channel memory? And does the mobo support SATA? (I know its an nForce 2 mobo, but you'll never know). If so, I am pretty sure I will get one. Thanks.

mgh0 07-21-2004 01:20 PM

Its dual channel and its Nforce2 ultra 400+MCPT

It has onboard SATA but afaik they are not RAID'able

Make sure you get a Rev 2.0 with the silentX 250W PSU with that 9800 pro.

eviltechie 07-21-2004 02:44 PM

also it is called SFF PC

Small Form Factor PC

mgh0 07-21-2004 02:50 PM

SFF is a blanket term used for all PCs this size.

The manufacturer is Shuttle but EpoX also make similar things as to MSI, Aopen and a few others.

eviltechie 07-21-2004 03:49 PM

is that an L30 pump?
what CPU waterblock are you using btw?

mgh0 07-21-2004 03:51 PM

L20

eviltechie 07-21-2004 03:53 PM

same block so you only need to get the "aquarium"

mgh0 07-21-2004 04:31 PM

BobyJo 04-26-2005 03:40 PM

The best way to build, is to start at a place and add to it as time and technology goes on. Of course as you get hold of more $ also. It may take several months but getting to a good spot is so satisfying. Yea!

StinkyMojo 04-26-2005 04:26 PM

posted mine couple weeks ago
