hasn't web irc been out for a while now? just with java?

As mentionned above, Java IRC clients, which works on a webpage, have been existing for a while, but the fact that trillian has it as well as with other messenger application, is indeed a plus.

Its been ages since I last used IRC and around the time that I did there was no such thing as a web-based version so it should be fun to check it out!
