trust me, u must think the case as an air channel, but to get the air go the way ya want it, ya must have the case closed and no air may go in or out @ other holes than the fans

It got hotter, around 2~3*C
Hmm i might try removing the PCI fan & change over the case fans.

Try running the CPU at stock speeds and mess with the fans making sure that you have about the sane anount of air going in as you do going out. Then overclock it one step at a time till its at a speed that has good temps

It seems to be the weather that's seriously affecting my temperature :( @ 3000rpm, 49*C 5000rpm 47*C 6000 45~46*C

That can be a problem. Turn on the AC

Re: V7+ not performing as good as expected.

Clocked it down to 800Mhz just a 1~2*C diffrence.
I now got a house hold fan blowing into the case currently the CPU temp an't buged, but the board has, i have never seen the board go past 30 b4 but it was hitting 33 lately, it's now 29*C

44*C @ 5000rpm
43*C @ 6000rpm

OK this is confusing as hell, i now have the fan right over the HSF & still no diffrence in temp! grrrrr

I decided to clean up the CPU & add a very small layer of AC3 & mixed AC3 into the HSF, so far it has done nothing
