so is mine... in the winter i used to go nuts :P put on a coat and snow pants with a hat and open the window fully... the temperature used to drop to like 10 deg celcius

Have you placed it in the skins directory for Style XP?
Also you have to manually select the theme from the directory where you put it in like here.

U did install style XP didn't you? You need or it won't work at all.
