msn problem
 

please can u try and advise me. someone has managed to get into my msn messenger account. they have deleted all of my contacts/friends. is there anyway i can retrieve these,,, thank you ,, Colin

I doubt it.. hurry and change your password.. and then start over again...

i assumed u could be you can with AIM... it seems as if it would be a standard feature...

no.. because they got deleted... hense they're deleted from the server.....

if you logged your conversations the names of them are in your documents folder (6.2 and later)

doesn't it only keep the name and not the e-mail address?

you can save your buddy list with msn
Contacts -> Save contact lists...

I was pretty sure you could. Thats an importan feature.

one thing you could do now is to change your msn name to "If you are my friend, pls msg as my contact list was haxored and deleted because I didnt back it up"
