Ill stick with Gaim :P

Jason425 11-06-2004 02:55 PM

gaim sounds like gain.. which sounds like bonzi buddy... which sounds like spyware... which makes me think that even without clicking that link that t-3 is probably cool, but it still won't pull me off msn, since it's the only one I use and trillian has just been more annoying than it's worth to me.

StinkyMojo 11-06-2004 03:02 PM

yep exactly.. gaim sounds like gain so its spyware

Prometheus 11-06-2004 04:08 PM

StinkyMojo 11-06-2004 04:18 PM

yeah basically
http://gaim.sourceforge.net/about.php

Jason425 11-06-2004 04:50 PM

no not basically.. it is...

just because something's open source doesn't mean it's good or better than everything else

StinkyMojo 11-06-2004 05:07 PM

ya true.. but not specifically for this program, it is NOT spyware.. don't act like you know everything, let your ego cool down a bit.

For example, My role in the campaign is to play devil's advocate to each new policy before it's introduced to the public. This term comes from the Roman Catholic Church, where advocatus diaboli (Latin for "devil's advocate") signifies an official who is appointed to present arguments against a proposed canonization or beatification.
