Motorola Razr

I have many friends that has and had the Motorola Razr. For a lot of them, they couldn't keep it for 2 months because they either lost it or broke it. The Razr is too slim, do not get it. Seriously, it's like the Ipod Nano. It WILL break on you.

They are cool phones but they are EXTREMELY popular now, and that is the sole reason I wouldn't get one.

Yea same here lol, I'm really liking those SLVR's though...

I couldn't get one if I wanted to (Verizon sucks). I have a samsung a670 and i'm happy with it (although it'd be nice if it were a little slimmer).

vicki2 05-11-2006 03:20 AM

I had a Razr for about a month ...worthless piece of crap!

Jason425 05-11-2006 10:00 AM

did it break?

vicki2 05-12-2006 03:20 AM

I threw it, and yes, it broke

Jason425 05-12-2006 10:26 AM

I've dropped mine accidentally a few times... the battery likes to fall out, and dust somehow got under the screen, but it still works fine (but it gets bad recepetion... but that's verizon's fault).

ninikins 05-15-2006 01:58 PM

I got mine, had it for 2 days, dropped it. Never seen anything THAT broken.

Jason425 05-15-2006 06:07 PM

What, did the top part break off?

Rawpulse 05-17-2006 04:19 AM

I've dropped my Motorola V80 at least 10 times (don't ask how) and it's still fine. I know people who have had the RAZR since it's launch who had no problems whatsoever.

ninikins 05-19-2006 03:33 PM

Yes the top broke off just like that, totally useless. The way these phones are manufactured is totally random

Tyler 05-19-2006 05:04 PM

My brother has one and he has had nothing but problems with it. It's actually getting repaired right now for the third time. Mostly problems with the screen.

ninikins 06-04-2006 06:13 PM

What went wrong with the screen? Before mine broke it used to go a bit fuzzy at times.

Motorola Razr

I looked a buying the Motorola Razr when it first came out. When I looked at in the shop, I decided it wasn't for me. It's thin, but it's way to wide. I bought the Samsung D500 instead.

Half of it would just go black at times, but only half! haha.

walkguru 04-23-2007 09:42 AM

i just got a moto razr v3xx. and i auctually like it.

madspartus 06-04-2008 12:48 PM

ive sold alot of phones, and yeah they break way too easy.

there are worse though.

JackW 06-09-2008 09:44 AM

I have a Razr and it has lasted over a year. For a budget phone you can't beat it. I love the slim profile too, the phone is larger than most phones, but sits flat in my pocket, perfect.
