Finaly i am getting a CDRW
 

Yes, at long last i have been after one for ages i am just getting a slow one like as i won't be using it 24/7 :D Just to back-up data & videos :) my Back-up 10GB is running low on disk space :o I am gettin a Creative Labs 8x4x32x for £35 :) the same price as a new 52x CD Rom :p Look slike my Creative 52x will have to come out or my iPanel i don't think i need a 16x48x DVD, 52x CD, 40x CD, 8x4x32x CDRW rom lol. I know it's coming with CDRW software but an't sure what?

When I got my burner for my old HP machine I had to cut a hole in the back of the case and tape the drive to the top cuz I only had one slot.

Looks like youll have to make some room or get a new case. Some guy has been selling AT server cases real cheap on ebay

I just recieved my CDRW today & it comes with NEO v5.0.4.9. I heard alot of good things about it. Shame i won't be able to try it out for the next 4 hours doh!

It's not bad i wrote my first CDR @ 8x which took only 10mins :) ok not as fast as yours, like 3mins or something ;D

I did 3 discs but the whe i tied an other 2 it failed, seems the max i can do at a time is 3 before the CDRW overheats & nacks the discs in :( shame as Nero said that they were all done successfully :(

Well i have DVD rom on top CDWR in the middle then a CDrom under that then an ASUS iPanel at the bottom.

In fact it might not of been the burner, every time i tried to shut down windows Nero Buron comes up ICD is currently writing a disk :confused: even when i have restarted the computer & shut down again? :confused: ever since this happened it's beed trasing my discs :(
