Other wise know as a whirlwind.

It was also a noted improvement in the mechanics of a timepiece in the 1700s by countering the negative affects of gravity.
In other words, it allowed for better "clocking".

Glacialtech is most known to the enthusiast community for its line of Igloo CPU heatsinks, so why not play along with the metaphor? The new cooler looks like it could be called Aurora or Borealis.

With all those fins, I would suggest something that infers infinite cooling fins, perhaps:

The Infinion Chiller

or

The Infinite Zero Chiller

I would name this cooler :
