Just finished the front of my case!
 

What do ya think..?? Good or bad, ugly, it's all good! I am very happy with it and it looks killer at night. And yes that is flexi indiglo line around the front! gives it a very cool glow and makes it look 100mhz faster! *LOL* [img][/img][img][/img]

Nope, just the blue cold cathode :) has blue and white led's replacing the front green and amber.

haha funny :) it is a little different now, blue light from the led fans shows through the grill so you see the flex neon and also a blue glow in the grill :) looks cool...

Keefe sent me some of the neon string and I just finished putting it on the front of my case.

Right on dood :) I run white and blue leds on mine for the front, SUPER easy to replace. My girl shoul dbe getting my case soon, I want a 3 window kingwin *LOL* and watercooling kit :D

I assume white would normally run on same voltage as green or red LED's, eh?? Just a straight swap, right?!

I'm still a newbie, and been having some problems, :( cos I want all bl00 LED's (which I'm sure you know, run at higher voltages) :/

hook a white led to your hd status output and you will have a strobe light when it acceses the drive :)

This is just a wild imagination, what if u are going to put a relay to the HD status to trigger a real STROBE LIGHT!

I'm gonna put together one hell of a case! We're talking
about multiple rheobus for case fan and CPU fan controls,
LED readouts, multiple CCFL, Appliques, fan grills,
the whole nine yards.

UPDATE: Everything for the project has been ordered.
So far, the total cost has been under 200 bucks which was my goal.
Stuff should start arriving within the next week or so. :)

I have here, an old camera (Broken) I took the flash (strobe light) out.

Hey AI, since the strobe light won't Flash! if I apply direct 12VDC. is it possible to charge the strobe using a multi vibrator circuit?

If i can't use the strobe for HDD Status, I think i'll just place the strobe inside my case.

I've been planning to make a fiberglass case...i olready have the design.

Never had enough time to make the mold and I have little "know how" in fiberglass.
