POST YOUR PASSMARK 3.5 AND 4.0 BENCHMARKS. HOT SETUP COMPARO

Wanted to make a new topic asking for passmark scores from version 3.5 or version 4.0 to see how different setups perform! Passmark is a great general pc benchmark that tests most all aspects of a computer system and gives it 2 different ratings! The 4.0 version is a very tough test that reviews more of your pc than the 3.5 version, that is why the scores are higher on 3.5. Hope to see your scores soon! Any processor welcome :) [img][/img] [img][/img]

Here ya go :) I posted just the 4.0 version for it is most accurate in todays systems :)

You do not have to buy it, just download it, install it and then delete it before 30 days, you can reinstall it anytime :D

eviltechie 10-02-2002 07:54 PM

AI, u gotta do printscreen man
looking at a pic of the screen taken by a digi cam is just too weird for me...

quality sux too with the lines...

alt + printscreen will do the trick nicely

give it a try!

Uranium-235 10-02-2002 08:50 PM

I think he does it to prove thiers no image manipulation

accurateimage 10-03-2002 12:17 AM

exactly :) But I did install that software "snagit" but have not played around with it yet :)

eviltechie 10-03-2002 12:34 AM

well there isnt much need for proving

we are not having a contest or something

accurateimage 10-03-2002 12:36 AM

yeah but I like there to be 0 questions in anything I post. I hate it when people say I am lying on benchmarks, that is why I use the camera, I get that allot especially with my 1900mhz air cooled 2100+ "2400+ equal"

eviltechie 10-03-2002 12:40 AM

well its up to you

i wouldnt make such assumption though

accurateimage 10-03-2002 12:42 AM

assumption..?? *LOL* I have been accused *LOL* no assumptions man, hell in the computer lobby 1 they were trying to tell me it was impossible to get a 4200ti to score 11300 and some people have even scored higher than me *LOL*! Also Ihave been told many times it is impossible to overclock a 2100+ air cooled to 1900mhz "1897mhz". Well I do all of that and a bag of chips. Just like to backup what I say :)

eviltechie 10-03-2002 12:48 AM

well even if someone wants to make a mess out of this case
he or she will still succeed because for all we know, u might have just taken a pic of your friend's system benchmarks

so there is no way to prove it really

im not saying im thinking that way

im just saying there is no way in this case to totaly back you up so might as well just let it loose and go the easy way

accurateimage 10-03-2002 12:49 AM

*LOL* ok whatever you say canadian :)

eviltechie 10-03-2002 01:08 AM

i thought we stopped that already

accurateimage 10-03-2002 01:11 AM

*LOL* just trying to get your face red hehe :P

eviltechie 10-03-2002 01:15 AM

whatever...

:soapbox:

accurateimage 10-03-2002 01:16 AM

*LOL* you know I love you canadians :) Just poking a little fun, hell I am an american, we get trashed 24-7 yet everyone wants to live here..?? cannot figure that one out :D

eh? :poke:

Grinnin Reaper 10-14-2002 07:13 PM

Well with my system (it's over a year old I pulled 181.5 with 372 Megaflops on 4.0. I'm gonna do a little tweaking and see if I can pull some more out. Then Ill have to find 3.5 and try it.

Grinnin Reaper 10-14-2002 07:28 PM

Brought it up to 189.3 and 392.4. Like I said It's over a year old so I ain't gonna complain.

eviltechie 10-14-2002 07:29 PM

my comp is over a year old too
about a year and half...

accurateimage 10-14-2002 07:31 PM

Sweetness, would love to see more #'s of other pc's also!

MIK3 10-14-2002 11:18 PM

LOL. Well I see that this thread is going according to plans, haha. Someone mentioned back there Snagit. That is what I use, its a nice program, ;). I beleive u AI about ur scores....

accurateimage 10-14-2002 11:42 PM

Working in my bios right now to raise my voltage on my cpu hehehe

eviltechie 10-15-2002 01:37 AM

i want a 1800+ XP!!

does it OC well?

can a 1800+ to go the speed of 2100+?

or 1.7GHz?

accurateimage 10-15-2002 01:52 AM

Here is my latest score as of 10-14-02. I used snagit this time *L* Also I do have the baseline file if anyone wants to compare detailed specs of their comp.. would be fun to see what parts are faster or not!!! [img][/img]

accurateimage 10-15-2002 01:53 AM

Oh yeah, that was on 4.0...

accurateimage 10-15-2002 11:15 AM

the 1800 and even the 1600 overclock awsome, just make sure you get the "agoia" core, they seem to overclock the best. I have seen air cooled 1600+ ships at over 1800mhz stable... good chip!

Grinnin Reaper 10-15-2002 12:40 PM

I'll try to post some numbers later. As it looks like noone else has the sack to post anything. I know I don't have a prizewinner but at least I'm man enough to post on here (and if the rest of you view that as a challenge to post specs, good). You don't have to win to post it's just a camparison.

accurateimage 10-15-2002 12:48 PM

Yeah I know, I think the spec posting is just fun! especially when you can look at different specs in extreme detail like on passmark.

eviltechie 10-15-2002 01:45 PM

how do i know if a xp chip has agoia core

accurateimage 10-15-2002 01:49 PM

Says so right on the chip, have to read close... will say the chips designation on it. Just wipe away the thermal grease and you will see it.

eviltechie 10-15-2002 05:35 PM

what is the other core they use for 1800+ ?
other than agoia

10-29-2002 10:38 PM

Okay my new rig just got a 329.7 passmark with 541.5 megaflops, I Love my new Dell.
