no it always changes
atm im learning how to do cookies so i can start working on a challenge site you will be given 30 seconds to answer the questions, once complete your form is submitted a cookie is placed on load on your computer which expires the date of the next challenge |

yes but how are you gonna prevent people from cheating, thier are still ways, remember you're on a tech forum.

Make it so that people have to log in to do the challange.
Use a backend database...forget the cookies for this, too easy to cheat. |
