Hey guys, who has this file..??? I still have like 12 hours to go for download, everyone in the world wants it! Does anyone have it on their ftp for download..?? I want it faster than 4K a second, feels like I am on a phone line!!!

I don't know what the hell this shiz is testing.... 3 FPS in some tests and rarely over 20 FPS in most.

btw, ive got 2100+ tbred b week 303 now
w/ Epox 8RDA+

board is so big that i cant fit my Sony 52x cdrom in anymore, there is a capacitor beside a ram slot that gets in the way...

btw, smogee can get around 20 fps on the nature part with my athlon 1.2GHz Asus A7A266 and his Radeon 9700 Pro but on AGP4x

Hey Cik... it is a great program! Just look at it this way, when 2001 game out back in day when the GF2 ti was the hot item ect.... we only scored around 5000 then, as things progress in the next few years we will eventually get to the 10,000 mark and then keep going up! They did one heck of a job on making it hell for a pc and I think it is awsome. Lesser systems should still use 2001 but if you have a hot rod and can break 5,000 then your system rocks! It is kinda like raising the bar for your pc... yeah it can do so much on this, but how can it do on this! And it also is tesing all the dx9 features :) But I was a little upset for itmade me feel like I was running a turd pc when watching it *LOL*

Yea, your right AI. I guess I was a little spoiled by my high marks in the past and expected to keep on getting them with 3dM03. :P

With all the new stuff coming out, there had to be something that would stress it to the max so you can base yourself against newer and better stuff. :)

Mine is at the bottom of my handle :) I score in the 5450+ range everytime, almost broke 5500 but am still working on it!

Humm.. That's interesting. Right in line with the score differences we had with the previous version of 3dMark. :)

140 baby, woohoo, lower is better right???? lol My poor little AMD 1133 and Geforce 2 mx400 could only run one test. I think I got that score 'cause I could load the damn thing. lol. Gotta put it on my P4 2.4 Ghz with the GeForce Ti4200 later. See what that runs like.

I did the volt mod, was east, my vdd chipset is not at 1.85V instead of 1.6V and I can run past the 200fsb mark with ease! But now I have hit the limit of my 2100+ fsb wise so I am now looking at going back to a 2800+ or somthing similar to try to break 19,000 or so... will have more results later.

I did agree at that time, ati did have very crappy drivers at that time!!!

so AI, what speed is your 2100+ at now?

I have found my best 3dmark scores come from running this processor at 194fsb at 12x mult @1.85V core with aggressive ram timings of 2-2-2-4. If I go to 200mhz fsb then I cannot run such aggresive ddr timings. I have to go to 2.5-3-3-4 which cancels the benifit of the extra fsb bandwidth. I just cannot push the chip any further or it craps out! That is why I am looking for a 2800+ or so, that way I have more headroom to play with mhz wise...

Is good ram but cl2 will not work in dual channel, it doesnot on any board so far at over 200fsb, a single stick will no prob. Also yes with the fsb at that speed the best I the chips can do is 2.4 If I drop the fsb way down I can hit 2.5+ with ease but it is worthless for the fsb speed drops to low.

so whats ur multiplier settings now?

I run the mult at 12.5 x 192 for best 3dmarks.

Nice man, but in they test results they do not show that card doing anything spectacular in overclocking. My oem ati card now runs at 400 / 692 with ease, and I can go as high as 410 with minimal artifacts :)

and im not talking about the best speed for 3dmark
