I ordered a case from them. They advertised it was in stock. They didn't have it and said it would be weeks or months before they would have it. They put a hold on $232.00 from my checking account.

I tried to cancel the order and they refused. After 3 days of phone calls and emails. They agreed to cancel the order and lift the hold from my account.

I found out today that they canceled the order and went ahead and posted a debit to my checking account for $232.00. I can't contact them via telephone or email now.

Stay away from these crooks!!!

That sucks man, they took good care of me but the stuff I ordered on saturday is still not shipped for some reason... havenot received a tracking # from them!!!

I am starting to get pissed at them, I ordered last week, their answering machine is always full and says no more space and it always says to call between 12 and 6 which is their business hours.... I did not order to much but man I do need to get the stuff in order to build a watercooling system for a buddy!!!!

I tried for days to call them and got the same thing you did. I finally had to spam them with emails to get them to respond.

Grrrr :( I ordered just some uv purple dye for the water and some other misc stuff and it just shipped out tonight whichmeans it will go out tommorow and will not get it until the 2nd!!! That is wednesday of next week!!!! The newegg stuff I ordered on the same day just came in today and the coolerguys stuff I ordered also on that same day is schedualed to be delivered tommorow via ups ground! I am moving on saturday morning and I thought everything would get here in plenty of time as long as I ordered it when I did and it was a first time order for me through xoxice and they screwed it up royally, I tried calling them all day and yesterday asking them to change the address of they were going to ship way late and got no responce even from their "send us a message thing"!!!! Man that sucks I had high hopes with this company, guess I will stick with others that have shipped fast to me in the past, waiting 3 business days to ship is just not acceptable and no were on their order form does it say a 3 business day delay after order is placed, I ordered the stuff on FRIDAY!!!!! I just found out!! !I thought I had ordered on saturday but looking at the invoice I actually ordered FRIDAY and they just shipped!!!

These problems might be telling us something about the company. They advertise something and don't give it to you until you contact them about it. There are some companies that I will not do business with and this is one of them.

I noticed their ratings are dropping also.... I wrote a negative one also, I am happy about winnng somthing from them but I have a time limit to complete this monster tower I am building and they are killing it..

another company i don't like is buyxg.com. i'll tell you what they did to me! i ordered a simple little case fan and i emailed them about 5 times and they replied once telling me to call.so i called and the phone number didn't even exist. i never got that fan. :/

Hi guys. My name is Ian and I am the owner of Designtechnica.com. We just recently added Xoxide in our "Dog house" for bad customer service after doing some research on their company. We found your posts in here, and some on the Xoxide forums themselves complaining about their company. We also checked the Better Business Beareau and they have a bad rating there as well.

Apparently the owner, Chris from Xoxide found our forum because he called me up threatening me wanting me to take it down. I told him that our readers can post what they like and they can warn others of your shady business practices. So Chris and his friends have registered in our forums and have blatently tried to bash the thread and ruin it.

I would like to encourage anyone that has had a bad experience with them to post your opinion so that others can be warned. Or if you would like to just read the thread please feel free too.

That is jacked up of them, I do hope the word gets out around here about what they are doing! Sure I won a great case off of them but when I really needed them to deliver they screwed me bad by not getting methe product in a normal timley manner, heck items from Newegg and coolerguys both arrived over a whole week sooner and all I ordered from xoxide was some uv dye and a few uv cables and it took around 2+ weeks to get it!!! *LOL* They are in slowmo.

Xoxide is only screwing themselves. Blamimg their own customers for bad feedback is pretty freaking lame.

Makes you wonder how a scam like that even stays in business.

Xoxide has a good selection of products and decent prices but their customer service smells like donkey dung. :lol:

They are so worried about ppl speaking bad about them they are totaly ignoring the problem. If they put the effort into policing themselves that they've put into defending themselves, they would have a killer place to buy shiz from. But NOOOOOoooo, they are to stupid to realize that and are only shooting theirselves in the foot.

ANYONE with an ounce of business knowledge would recognize this. If you piss the community off that your selling to, you aint gonna make a friggin dime!

I know they have been having their problems lately, but guys don't forget the load of cases they threw into our community not too long ago, they sell awesome stuff, etc.

I am guessing they are in the middle of some money problem and having problems getting out. Just might want to email them before ordering and tell them you want to order but are worried about the posts. See what they say.

I bet they work to kiss your butt to get their ratings back up.
