Crap dude!  Yeah i bet u had enough computer background to make that collection.  How come u have so much stuff...did u buy the stuff and it ended up not working? That is what happend to me some of the times and other times, i just leave it in there cuz i either have an upgraded version or the thing just plain sux!

Not quite sure why I have all the cards...  I guess it's because I like to restore computers, so I like to keep most of the cards I get just encase I get a computer that it could of gone in...  And I didn't buy all this stuff.  Alot of it I got from my school.  I either could get parts out of computers before they where sent off, or I was somtimes able to get the whole thing.  Also, alot of the parts are from people who gave me old computer parts, like after they upgrade.

NES you cheater, the stuff you got from school does not count. I got all my stuff from the past 3 systems I've had. and a crappy system my dad found on the street (actually two, an old 166 and a 8088 ). Anyways, if I tried to take anything from my high schools computer repair classroom, even if it was old and broke, the teacher would cut my hand off.  :)

Why dosen't it count?  It's no different the people giving me stuff...  A few of the things I acctually pulled from the trash.  One of my teachers was about to toss a 40x CD-ROM!  He also was about to toss an Averykey.  Both work perfectly too!

Oh contraire,  I feel anything you can scrounge, dig out of the trash, or otherwise aquire, short of stealing, (stealing is bad) is part of your gear pile.  I've scavanged LEDs and switches from old stereos, cables, power cords, cd roms, floppy drives etc from others "junk".  If you didn't break a law getting it, I feel it "counts". ;D

Well, my CIS teacher gave me some stuff...mainly older computers.  But I did get a nice slot 1 motherboard from him.

Most of my cards are from my massmedia teacher.  Mainly  soundcards, Networking cards, harddrives, CD-ROMs, etc from junked computers to be thrown away.

I didn't steal my stuff  >:(

Ive notice the different coloration in the captions of all of you stuff in the closet....do the different colors or highlighted ones make a difference into what is what (in use, never used, very important) just wondering about that, because im always curious...

No, I just tried to make everything readable. I used white text for the dark background, black text on light background, and black text with white outline on a mixed background. I'm using everything there except for the Voodoo 3 3000 PCI.

this is a pic of me posting news, my room is a hella chaos, since instead of tidying up i post news all the time ;D notice the 18 socket power plug row on da right side. i built it from a 8 plug and a 10 plug module cuz' you don'T get tha shit that big on free market. you wouldn't even get a TUV or FIC sign for those babes if ya built one, they are outlaw ;D

in the back you can see the lower grounds of my bed where i store all kinda shit i own :P

hmm, right, but i work for over half a year now to get the money for me new rig and it's gonna be one uv the fattest in the whole wide worrld bro, man the guys from virtual hideout will ask me for interviews and stuff and intel will write mails that they wanna sponsor me if i put a casebade uv them on my case ;D

HA! yes a fire extinguisher looks like a must w/ all those wires but might i suggest a security camera system...because with all that stuff i wouldnt be surprised if James Bond came in and raided you....BORIS!!!! haha! i mean no offense by that comment...it is just that i saw you in that military looking computer kinda outfit and the second i saw that it looked like the Russian computer geniuse bad guy in a Bond movie...IM INVINCIBLE!!!! - lol

;Dcool ;D   yeah if you like Goldnen Eye...man you have to play James Bond: Agent Under Fire...VERY GOOD GAME!  But that is only for PS2 and Gamecube...the graphics are excelent and game play is one of the best that i have played in a LONG time!  You gotta play it...but sorry man...u can only be Bond...but its worth it, trust me!  Play it some time if you get the chance!  ;D

Yeah that would be awsome but they would be very hard to work with and you would need very small tools as the whole console itself is only 5" x 5"!  One mod that i could think of for a gaming system would have to be and optical sensory directional pad...kinda like an optical mouse...it would be fairly easy actually!  Im thinking about puting some blue LEDs in the back of my PS2 because the fan is very visible from the back and it would look pretty cool in there!

Speaking of fire hazards, I'm noticing the can of Zippo lighter fluid on the edge of the ledge above all the electronics (well, above the monitor mostly). Maybe he's just trying to collect insurance money, though ;).

Hey, -=aoC|PRoZaK=-, you have a good lead-up to a fire-extinguishing mod...like make smoke sensors set off sprinklers that spray harmless-to-electronics chemicals. If you want I can look into it.

Man let me tell you that if you made or invented something like that you would hit it big with all of the corporations and working offices around the world whoes work revolves around computers!!!  There would be a much better saftey for computers and buildings all in one...very wise idea and the best part is that i think that those chemicals are very easy to make and combine into over-head sprinklers!  Nice one!

Yeah, you would, if you could make it cheap - they already have that for $10,000 on up. We could work on that and make a success in the small biz world who can't afford the $10,000 so easily.

Ya know...come to think of it this really isnt a bad idea at all!  There would have to be a TON of time and effort put into it but i think that the payments of our hard work and determination would pay off in a couple of months to tell ya the truth!  Wow i didnt know that they already have something like that out...where did u find that info from?

I saw it on tv, but I have talked w/ enough IT & IS people that I know it is in common use among larger companies.
