It is a 431watt. I have one and love it. They are queit and very well built.

A friend of mine has this same power supply and he is using it on one of his overclocked systems.  I've asked him about it and he swears by it that it's an awesome power supply.  Like what Admin said, it's really quiet and the quality of power that it generates is clean.  I'd say it's good to use for overclocking.  Hope that helps.
