Windows XP - closing all apllications at once

When you minimise applications, ie Word, Excel & Powerpoint etr, they show up in the bottum tool bar - is there any way to close them all at once without having to shut them down individually?

Thanks

hit alt f4 repeatedly

I think theres a program called End it All that might do it.

I think he wants to minimize, not close.. hold the windows button and press D.. do that again to bring them back up.

As the question states I did mean 'close' the applications not minimise.
