Low on Liquid....

Question: I have a thermaltake quarius II and I am low on coolant. There is a marker on the side of the reservoir that says "LOW" to show u how much water u need in it. I tilted my reservoir on its side so that the water can move in and out easier because I am so low on it. My CPU went to 60!!! so i tilted it some more....

Can I just refill it with normal water from my sink???

 @ aquarius..

you might want to call or email thermaltake before your cpu dies for advice

lmao.. the caffiene would probably build up and clog the pump like cholesterol does our bodies.. :/

Just put water from the sink in it. It'll be fine, it just magically dissiappears.

um.. a couple seconds? i dunno..

oh and the bad thing about tap water is that if it spills out.. you're dead.. I don't think distilled has that same problem.. or some liquid doesn't.. or something... :/

lol
you seriously gonna use tap water or bawls?

both will ruin your piping and leak into your comp

tap water has too much minerals, will build up and also corrode the hose over time
unless you use water wetter

best is to get demineralised and deionised water
