FirmUpdater CREATED BIGGER PROBLEM FOR ME

After running the FirmUpdater properly the problem became even worse: Turning on the wireless-application the phone (plays the sound and shows the picture but then) turns completely off (like a soft reset)!!
Can someone help me?

I CANNOT TURN THE WIRELESS MODE ON ANYMORE. IT ALWAYS SHOWS OFF

take it to the place you bought it and make up some other story that is under warranty
