How is it? Has anyone bought it? What is the gameplay like and how much is the longest subscription period. (Longer sub means better value)

It's not out till the 22nd.. well here in the US at least. I'm currently d/l the 2.5 gig beta.. ill let you know how it is.

Another member of staff (unnamed for copyright purposes) was playing it...odd.....Ill check the release date for europe. Availible for PRE order on the 26th.....

but we get into final Europe Beta and the Soundtrack if we preorder.

Im probably going to download it for free get a subscription for a week or something...if i like it ill go out and buy it.

i wanna try it..... as if i don't have enough games on my tray as is......lol

i love warcraft tho.... so am curious what this is gonna be like.....

I personally was disappointed in it after playing a couple hours... other than the Warcraft theme it just seems like another MMORPG, but that probably just me. Anyhoo im gonna keep on playing and see if it really is a dud (im hoping its not) :(

heres a pic of me killing one of a million boars wandering about, that guy in the background requested a duel shortly after a pic, i said yes and me mauled me in two hits.. checked what his level was afterward and it was 8 and i was 2 :/ .. should have done my homework

those graphics seem very medoicre... do they eat at gameplay at all?

no, the gameplay is what's keeping it survive :)
its pretty cool actually i found myself loving it and overcoming the graphics.
btw.. its been out for almost a week for those who didn't know..

sounds good then. some games have only graphics going for them

others have gameplay! :)

like hl2 and halo 2 and doom 3

WOW doesnt come out till january or febuary here.

im still probnably not gonna buy it cause I always disliked the idea of a monthly subscription... you shell out $50 for the game and you have to pay $10-$15 a month to continue playing? nah.. I can't wait for Guild Wars.. first MMORPG without a monthly charge, AND its made by ex employees of Blizzard ;)
