Apache question...
yes, i'm still learning apache. one day i'll tackle mod_rewite, 'one day' being the key phrase there.
anyway. how do you stop directory browsing in apache? like if you have no index file in a directory, and you type that directory for the url, and it shows the contents of that directory. how does one stop this? thanks! later |

I've actually known this answer since for a while now. You go into your site's root .htaccess file and add Options -Indexes |
well thanks for posting the answer when i asked back on Jan13th :)
but i added -Indexes to the entire server, not just for one site. thanks though! later |
