The "Program Selection" Dialog box
 

is there any way to add a program of my choice (in this situation, my DIVX player) to this dialog box, so when I insert a cd, it will have my DIVX player in the list?

it looks like you have your E: drive open there, what i would do is open DIVX and run it off your assinged CD drive.  Then i would sent all DIVX files to your E: drive, whether copy & paste or sent to, and then use that for future reference
