I am one of the owners of http://www.webdevnet.com/forum. We have a section on our site for posting web development wants and needs. This is a site developed for web developers. You can post there and maybe find the person to do what you want.

yeah I'm backed up with a major project at the moment. Sorry. I got the email and it said I need expirence in perl, which I have near absolutely none of. That and I suck at web design, rock at coding. sorry :(
