Messed up Desktop

My desktop is so messed up i cant even get to it, it started with a worm sent to me in MSN then i ran a virus program and a spyware program, it said restart so i did and now i have to run EVERYTHING from task manager lol.... oh well can anyone help?

start the explorer process in taskmanager, then run a virus scanner...
