Rockstar Being Sued by 85-Year-Old Grandmother
 

Yes, another story on GTA: San Andreas and the "Hot Coffee" mod. In addition to a rating change, retail removing the game, and an FTC investigation, now it appears Rockstar and Take-Two may have to deal with a lawsuit filed in the Southern District of NY by a grandmother who purchased the game for her grandson. She's accusing the company of "false advertising, consumer deception and unfair business practices."

Personally, I don't think this case will make it very far considering the game is rated M, and the grandmother bought the game for her 14 year old grandson.

I also like this quote from the editor of this story... she suddenly doesn't want her grandson to be exposed to that, but extreme violence is acceptable?
