EPoX 8KRA2 motherboard

Hi i have got a epox EP-8RA2+ MOTHERBOARD AND IT JUST REFUSES TO BOOT UP ANY MORE , AFTER RESETTING MOST THING THE LED ON THE MOTHER BOARD GOES TO FF AND STOPS THERE DESPITE ALL ATTEMPT TO BOOT UP ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE

Jumper connections correctly installed? Replace the PSU with another and try booting up again.

It could be shorting... take it out of the case and try again.
