Apparently prices are plummeting for 64 gig flash drives. May be under $1000 soon.

I can not wait until they get down to the level they can be used in consumer devices. It will be great having 64 gigs of solid state memory.

Yessss, less noise and more space in your pc-case!.

And easier to use as an swapdrive!. :)

Wow this is quite the flashdrive...it's a very interesting size; albeit for access it may not rival external hard drive, it's as close as it'll ever get.

I will grant you that it is pretty cool that flash drives have reached such a capacity and additionally that the sort of mobile storage, programs, ect...is also impressive, but 1 grand just to hold your data. That is a bit steep, after all you can build a pretty decent computer for that.
