Disable filters/ become administrator

:confused:
I need help getting past my dad's filter on a website. Windows 2003 XP. Can anyone help me? Or just tell me how to become an administrator.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

:P well, if you're sneeky enough. while your dad is on the pc. wait till he gets up to do something ( given he's still logged on :o and access the control panel and get to user accounts then change your account type to an administrator. i did it to my pc when my mom tried to take it over.
