Dual Monitors...
hey people. i have an XP machine with a Matrox Dual Head vid card in it (dual vga, i'll have to get you the model later on). Ok, the only options i have are to extend my desktop and to clone the main display, i want the two monitors to have separtate desktops, make sense? this is for a church display, i want one monitor (the main one) to display the audio software and such the other to only display the powerpoint output. is this doable?
thanks people. later |
yes, you use the extended desktop option. when you maximize the application, if it is properly written (SOOO many aren't), it should just maximize on just one display. Otherwise you'll have to set the sizes manually. but yea, you can then just drag the content from one side to the other.
