I can't find old PC @ the dump anymore, because of the new recycling laws.
Where did they get all those? I've fixed dozens and given them away to people that have no PC. I think the recycling is fine, but many can be reused for simple computing, like internet and E-mail. That is all many people need, and they are just being junked.
