Im looking to buy a new GeForce card, should I get a Ti? Is it the newest on the market for the GeForce2? If so, what brand? Asus, nVidia, CreativeLabs??

Yes the GF3 Ti 500 is a super sweet card.

However if you havent recently won the lottery you might want to look @ a GF3 ti 200.

Not much more expensive than a GF2 Ti but much better.

Re: GeForce2 Ti

Geforce 2 Ti is an excellent card an is at the top of the Geforce 2 class.  I currently run this card and am quite happy with it as I get excellent frames in all games.  Online I see the odd person who is able to move slightly faster then me but over all that comes down to them either getting higher frames then me or having a faster processor or both.  Over all though I have no problems competing with others online so if you don't have a large budget this is an excellent card to purchase.

On the topic of Geforce 3 best to just wait a couple of months if your looking for a high end gaming card as the Geforce 4 is suppose to be launched this month or earlier next month as long as Nvidia does not delay this product line.  The geforce 4 addresses the numerous problems with the Geforce 3 card and adds some new features as well.  So far it is looking like the Geforce 4 will blow ati out of the market with it's superior processing power.
