Few questions for a semi noob

Alright i just finished up my first case mod for the most part, but i was considering installing a light in my case, and was planning on oging cc. but what i wanted to do was limit the light so i mainly just shines on the plexi window instead of illuminating the whole inside of the case and the 2 foot radius outside of it.

is there anyway to do this with cc or do i need to go led or neon tape?

btw i was planning on putting tape around all the sides of the plexi but the bottom since i know that will work with leds.

also what do you guys use to cut your holes. i used a dremel for the whole window and its not a very small window. it took forever and i went through two cutting wheels and two cutting bits.

thanks for any help

you might try a pnumatic cut off wheel if you have acesss to a air compressor . Also a jig saw is good just be care ful if you have a dull blade, the wrong blade or try to hurry it can wrinkle the meta" of your case, which looks very sloppy. If you are wanting to just lite the window i would go with 2 or more sheets of plexi and leds. You can use a diff color for each plate and mix your colors heres an article where some one did just that.... They used a routing machine to do theres but the concept with the leds works the same. Pretty cool
