Sony confirms PS2 online plans
Its press release tennis across the pond as SCEA responds to Xbox Live.
Sony is set to launch its online gaming offering for the PlayStation 2 in the USA on August 27, with the release of the official PS2 network adapter and some of the first titles to support online play - giving it a headstart of over two months on Microsoft's competing Xbox Live service. Just another prime example why PS2 reigns and looks down to the rest of the gaming systems out there. I must say, i love my PS2, for it has never let me down. Now that online gaming is availible, i can kick everyones butt at GT3, and whant GT4 comes out, they better watch out. :nod:
