Just last month I saw about 10 computers next to a trash container. In a week there was about 4 left. We should not just through them into the landfills, because of all the toxic chemicals amd materials in them. If we want to live on this planet for a very long time then we need to not pollute it as we do now. I also heard that the gov't wants to impose a $10 disposal fee on every new computer sold here. I know that is not much, but u can use that money for something else.

i dont think comps are being thrown out like that much anymore

mainly it is donated to some noobs
or some schools to make a simple network for teaching or something...
