word 2000 crash after sp1 update on XP
 

I run an HP Celeron computer with Office 2000 on XP.
After the SP1 update was processed, Word crashes when I open it.
I have read that some computers Word doesn't work after the SP1
update. What do I do to make word 2000 work?

go to add/remove in control panels and remove the sp1

if that doesnt work, u have to uninstall the Office 2000 suite and reinstall it
