Need a push in the right direction..

Lookin to get my A+... but I just want to take the test...is there anywhere i can do that?Is that recommended? is that possible? how much? (even tho money isn't really a concern) And if i do have to do classroom training and stuff, does anyone recomend any schools? I'm in the southern california area. i need guidance! :(

Um, how much have you know and have you read any A+ books? I do NOT suggest you take it without looking at any certification books. If you have hands-on experience you will do considerably better but I don't think you need to take a class in it.

I have heard the A+ is considerably harder then it was 4 years ago from my cisco instructor.

and i'm posting in spite of those who don't read the certification boards!!!!!!! >: P

i wish someone would read my post on the new CISCO EXAM!
