One side note about Duct Tape.... it was developed by the US Army in 1942.

heh I watch the history channel too much
It was first used to tape up equipment in moist enviorments. At first it was actually called "duck" tape cause it's ability to repel moisture (like water beads off a ducks feathers). Then after the war, it was used in AC repair, renamed "duct" for repairng ducts. believe it or not, I just recalled all that from the top of my head :biggrin: |

ah, yet again, a successful story of the good ol duct tape. Have to give kudo's to the US of A's army on this one...what would we do w/ out them?
