Ok, as some of you may or may not know in addition to your American Talaban guy there is now 3 Aussie Talaban guys..

Summary:  

America wants there blood.
We want there blood.


Who do YOU think should get them..(NOTE: only one has been caught so far...and there is most likely a fourth one too....)

they´re named talIban, and germany got one too, but when the war started, he fled because he´s only somewhat around 16 or 18. the amaricans got him in the vise bench for about 7 hours and then they said : he´s no terrorist, he´s a simple fundamentalist ;D and let him go.

Well back afew years ago Australia's gun laws were like the US....in other worlds we had Pump Action Shoties and Assult Rifles left right and center..
Then over a period of afew yeatrs we had afew massacars, with up to 10 people killed but nothing "major" enough to change the law.

Then one morning this lovely man named Martin Bryant decided to march into the Tourist town of Port Arthur and let loose, with a rifle...I cant remember the exact number but he managed to kill 30 something people.....and when he was driving away from the attack he saw a mother and her little girl so he stoped the car hoped out and show them both @ point blank.....

We  put him in Australias Highest Security Prison...which has a reputation for the prisons being....err.....a little friendly with each other....forcefully....if you get me Admin.

I don't really see a way that it could be US's jurisdiction to get the guys in Australia.  I'm sure the US wants to be all big and mighty with their anti-terrorism campaign, but if they're dealt with, leave good enough be.
