NV30 = GeforceFX

Today, at the Comdex 2002 Fall in Las Vegas, NVIDIA first publisized and released its information on the long awaited NV30 GPU.

The technical name, NV30 is familiar to many techies and it is definately one of the hottest topic at the moment. With the press release, it is confirmed that the NV30 chipset will be called the GeforceFX instead of Geforce 5.
