SnapShot Format
 

In Access you have an option to save in snapshot format. How can someone who does not have Access open it? If they can't open it is there a EXE program that can be sent to open it?

Email each recipient the Snapshot.exe as an attachment. User clicks on self-installing exe and it installs.
