Pavillion 6343 and problems
 

Hi all my friend has an hp pavillion 6343 and when she boots up..the error message is a non-system disk error..but ther eis no disk in the pc..so i disconnected teh disk drive and booted up and is says operations system not found...what does that mean and what can i do to correct it?
