Blue Screen Crashing Comp

Everynight when i turn off the computer screen and go to bed, i wake up to a blue screen on the computer that says crap about my bios and it failing. Just wondering if anyone ever gets the error and what they did for it? It crashes my computer and makes me loose everything I am doing.

I was told I need to flash the bios but i am not sure how to do that, I am on a soltek mobo, windows xp, amd proc.

Thanks

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Humm, If I read this correct.... You wake up and see a blue screen AFTER you have turned you computer off?

If so, I would think that your computer bios has a Wake to Lan, Wake to modem, or another Wake setting that is turning you computer on while you are asleep.

Go into the bios by hitting the DEL key when you boot up the computer. Look for anything in the bios that has Wake to Lan and disable it. My guess this is the culprit because the other Wake to settings probably wouldn't do it.
