Good Program To Organize Mp3's?

I have over 5k of mp3's and need to organize all of these. To lazy to do it manually, so is there a program that will organize them for me? I am looking for something that will organize the file name (Artist - Title) and help me get rid of alot of the duplicate mp3's I have.

Any programs ya'll know of?
Thanks

Wouldn't you just go into the directory their all in and organize them by the filename? Why wouldn't this work? I am assuming you know what Winamp is, correct? If not, check it out www.winamp.com

I thought this was cool, I can't afford it tho.

Its not just for mixing like it says on the front page, it organizes all your files and changes the file names.

i'm interested if anyone has any open source programs that do this

The new Music Match Jukebox will let you rename the files with the track info then sort and you can delete your duplicates. It's freeware with better features on the full version(faster ripping, no ads on online radio).

real sucks bad.. takes over ur comp.. just go in the folder that you have em in and click sort by name or whatever you want to.. view the folder in "details' mode and right click on the attributes and select the attributes you want to sort by, then click the word.

there are definitely programs out there that will do batch renaming for you. I like tagscanner. but you can do a search at downloads.com for how to organize mp3s to get a plethora of programs. and if you're just trying to do batch renaming of files, then check out some of rename master at arsware.org. That place actually has a plethora of great little utilities you might be looking for and never know you were looking for it. g'luck

mp3 organizing dilema

All my mp3's are in one folder. I have nearly 2 gigs og mp3's (a modest collection)... But I also separated them into subfolders, and each subfolder has a title listing so that i can listen to certain genres of music at a time. I also have a subfolder for the newest mp3's. this system works for me. maybe not for you. the simplest app to organize mp3's or any files, is windows explorer (at least in my opinion).
cheers. hope that helped.
