whoever it was  either is
a) extremely bored
b) extremely stupid
c) used a page maker program (but would still take a long time to make AFAIK)

Actually I'm impressed. That had to take a long time and it's all done with bgcolor. Wow.

I couldn't imagine sitting there coding that table.

Had to take a long damn time. {looking at schedule for the day} Wonder if I have the time to. . . .  Nah never mind.

That's one intense table if I ever saw one. How do you guys come upon this stuff?
