WinXP problematic with MSN 4.7
 

i hate MSN Messenger 4.7

so i got rid of it and also put MSN 5.0 on

had to change some stuff in registry

anyways
now my Outlook Express take 40 secs to load
i didnt back up registry because i was sure that it would be no problems
but it seems outlook express doesnt like it

anyways
any way to get outlook express totaly linked to MSN 5.0?

yeah man 4.7 is a real friggin pisser offer that frigs up my xp..it doesnt connect quickly at all..does msn 5.0 work better for u? if so..how did u get it to work and you said you had to change things in the registry whats up with that?

err, you shouldn't need to f*** around in the registry at all to install msn 5....

by 'got rid of msn 4.7' i'm guessing it's actually off the comptuer, so it sounds like OE is looking for it which explains the huge loading time....
