As soon as I get a decent graphx card to play this game with some decent framerates, I'll join the club here...and start playing.

I have a 32MB GeForce2 MX400 OC'ed to 195/215 (highest it'll go w/o artifacts) and I get crappy framerates not to mention poor graphx quality in BF1942. I love multiplayer gaming especially from my days of Counterstrike, used to be in clans and considered to be damn good.

I'm still hoping for an ATi Radeon 9500/9700 Pro to drop out of the sky and land in my lap ;)

even radeon 9700 pro can sweat in this game with all of the anti-aliasing turned on and all of the goodie features

and uses about 256mb of ram so 512mb+ is recommended

such resource demanding game!

Looks like I got a long ways to go to catch up...you a BF1942 addict or what?!?

I just quit a clan and am starting to play alone again so my stats are getting better. I am also a pilot and it is hard to get TP when you are in the air all game. My personal method of rating using BFstats is to use the K/D only as it is the only important stat to a pilot. How many more times I shoot down the enemy than am shot down. D@mn AA x50% in 1.4 is BS. Only way to shoot me down is from the ground and they made it even worse now. Got to be an erratic Spaz to stay out of the AA and MG way now.
