84kb of nothing
ok i have a problem with somethin.I use norton system works to clean system cache and other files that are just taking up space but for the past week my cleansweep has reported 84.00kb i can't get rid of.it says i can delete it but when i try it doesn't delete it.anybody have any ideas.

So where does it say the space is? Does it associate it with a specific file or what?
BTW--I really don't like System Works. Does stuff like this. Tells you things that can make you cringe and shiver and then doesn't allow you to fix them. Lots of false alarms. Art |
If something is running it cannot be deleted.
Do you have a filename and running w9x delete it in DOS |
says it's in my internet history.thats all ik.not the internet cache or cookies.i tried to find that file and i can't find it i'm gonna look again in a min.

If you do not need your internet history
you could do a deltree on it. |
You could get rid of temp files in Windows, too--if SystemWorks didn't already do it.
