Getting rid of the password at startup

I'm using Win ME, how do i get rid of the login/pw window in the beginning when I boot up?

Here's a link to work around that. http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/125/

Do a search for *.pwl and delete them all. Next reboot when it asks for a user name and pw, delete the *'s and press enter with both boxes empty.

Poof, no more login.
