i was just reading the review on the 7vrxp, and it said there were no agp and ddr  voltage adjustments.  Well i have that board and in  my  bois [f4] i have where i can adjust the  voltage. i not sure if its actually working  but i have it,  why would this be

When the review was written (assuming you're referring to Hardware Pub's review of this motherboard), there was no BIOS adjustment for this. However, this addition was already scheduled to be added into the next BIOS revision, so likely you got a board with a BIOS revision after that upon which the review was based. I can check with the person who wrote the review what version of BIOS he used when reviewing the board, but I'm pretty sure that's the explanation.
